The Mini Skirt

A miniskirt is any piece whose length reaches above the thigh. For example, a skirt that falls just below the knee or slightly longer than a mini skirt but still shorter than an average skirt would be considered a mini skirt. The length of a mini skirts ranges from 6 inches to 12 inches, depending on the preference and fashion sense of the wearer.

The Siren

This skirt is all about making a statement. Whether it’s a mini, midi or maxi, the siren skirt is designed to turn heads. It’s just like the wrap dress because the fabrics are crisscrossed.

A straight-cut skirt can also be classified as such. High, attached in the abdomen area and wider in the hip area, you can wear it long or short.

The Sarong

Alternatively called a draped skirt, it is a square piece of fabric around which the body is wrapped, resulting in folds.

It can be worn around as a long skirt or halter-style top. A typical sarong has a repeating, eye-catching pattern, whether it’s paisley, floral or abstract. Some have tassels at each corner and they can also come in many colors like navy blue and red/white/blue striped style.

Sarongs usually match with loose blouses but not too loose to hide away what’s underneath. Sarongs are perfect for informal parties, beach outings and wedding ceremonies.
